These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ocean Nordic website, online store, products and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, or by placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of the terms applicable to your use of our Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

Ocean Nordic uses Shopify to operate and provide the online store and may work with independent service providers and fulfillment, logistics, payment and shipping partners to process and deliver orders.
All purchases made through our store are purchases from Ocean Nordic, operated by Alexander Bergstrand. Third-party service providers may assist us in fulfilling or providing our Services, but they do not become the seller of your order.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to returns, withdrawals, refunds and other remedies relating to your purchase.
PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to any obvious error.
Where applicable, taxes, shipping costs and other charges will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before you complete your purchase.
Depending on your location and the applicable delivery arrangements, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply to international orders.
Where such charges are the responsibility of the customer under applicable law or the selected delivery arrangement, you are responsible for paying them.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not generally store complete payment card details ourselves.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship orders using available shipping and logistics providers.
Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.
If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at info@oceannordic.com so that we can investigate the shipment.
If tracking information indicates that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, this may result in delivery delays or failed delivery. Any responsibility for such circumstances will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have regarding delivery, non-delivery or late delivery under applicable consumer law.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Returns, refunds, withdrawals and remedies relating to defective, damaged or incorrect products are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.
Where applicable, consumers in the European Union have statutory rights relating to withdrawal from distance purchases and legal remedies for goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract. These rights cannot be waived by agreement.

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store and provide the Services.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Ocean Nordic.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through our store and is not responsible for fulfilling your order, processing your return or providing remedies relating to your purchase from Ocean Nordic.
Certain information relating to your use of the Services may be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's own policies.

REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

This section does not apply to the extent that it would unlawfully restrict or interfere with your statutory consumer rights.
SEVERABILITY

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Ocean Nordic regarding your use of the Services and your purchases through our store.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory consumer protection law applicable to you, the mandatory law will prevail.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and our Returns & Refunds Policy regarding returns, refunds or withdrawals, the Returns & Refunds Policy will apply to those matters.
